1. Applicable conditions

All activities and services of Perfect Logistics B.V. are performed under the latest version of the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden / FENEX), filed with the courts in Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam. [[Confirm with your lawyer which conditions you use]]

A copy is available free of charge on request. The Dutch Forwarding Conditions include limitations of liability. Tanker shipments are additionally subject to the terms of the applicable charter party.

2. Quotes

• Quotes are valid for [[X]] days, unless stated otherwise.
• Quotes are subject to vessel, space and equipment availability at the time of booking.
• Prices exclude import duties, excise, VAT and other government charges unless explicitly stated.
• Rates are based on the product details you provide. If the actual quantity, specification or classification differs, the price may change.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and correct information about your product, including its classification, UN number, quantity and safety data sheet, and for making sure packed goods are properly packed and labelled for transport.

4. Insurance

Cargo is not insured by us unless you explicitly ask us to arrange cargo insurance in writing.

5. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, invoices must be paid within [[X]] days of the invoice date.

6. Governing law

These terms and all agreements with Perfect Logistics B.V. are governed by Dutch law.
